Returns & Refunds

All howtodraw products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

*However, we will try our best to make sure you are satisfied. If you are looking for a replacement item of a different colorway or different size, reach out to us at orders@howtodraw.shop and we will try our best to get it to you.

What we will fix

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown at time of purchase, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This includes:

  • Visible production defects (misprints, unraveling embroidery, structural damage)
  • Items lost in transit
  • Wrong item received

How to request a remedy

Email us at orders@howtodraw.shop within 14 days of your delivery confirmation. Include your order number and at least one clear photo of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.

What we need from you

  • Order number
  • Photo(s) clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Brief description of the issue

We do not require you to return defective items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Final sale

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for replacement or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
